6.     ELECTRICITY  IS  AVAILABLE  FROM  CK  ENERGY

7.     TAKE  CARE  OF  THE  PLACE  -  AVOID  PENALTY - 

             ADVISE  ME  OF  LEAKS  &  OTHER  PROBLEMS -

             SO  I  CAN  FIX  THEM  PROMPTLY

8.     APPLIANCES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TENANT
